What a refreshing sense of texture and technique. Wonderful use of objects and mediums to create balance and contrast that intrigues the senses. I can't say enough about the originality and talent I see here. Bravo.

This is kind of interesting to me. From a distance it looks like a sepia wash drawing. As in other works of yours the extra layer of canvas glued to the backing canvas (or board) gives the image that haphazard, lived-in feeling. The thing I don't get is the coffee. Won't the colour of the coffee eventually fade and disappear? Why use coffee instead of paint? Then maybe the title is the key - Café Improvisation. It is, in fact, all about the coffee.

Why coffee..? I was always wondering how I could use the left overs of my early morning coffee. I had a canvas ready and decided to experiment with it, one drop or two every day, the result is what you see. The creative process so early in the morning ignited this great feeling of peace, tranquility always accompanied by a piano solo in the background. To me that is a beginning of another day, hopefully a great one.
