"Ahhhhh colour colour" is the battle cry in the kitchen lately.
This is one of the first words my son is saying "colour" (….but … twice).
He says it when he sees the kitchen window open .
Leaning out there on the window grating lies this painting which seems be the centre of the universe for him lately..
Tommy is trying desperately to put his hands and not only on it.
The painting is wet and it's out there to dry in peace.
What peace?
What normally follows "colour colour" is my husband " why back to oil colours?".
More or less 6 times a day he goes out there, bumps into it systematically and the show begins ..... something tells me he will never like this painting .....
I am waiting and the weather is not helping much.
I knew it was going to create some movement but never thought it would become such an event generator.
Painting in the kitchen is not easy!

Sposta la bottiglia e lasciami guardare.
The colours are beautiful but I feel they are always sooooo abandoned.
I couldn’t add more colours nor did I like to switch off the light.
I moved away from the idea of this painting for some little time.
I happened to listening to this very (typical) sentimental Italian song on the radio one day. Beautiful lyrics. However, the sentence that I liked most was “ move away the bottle and let me look at you”. So I moved the bottle onto the painting . . . . . nothing deeper than that . . . . . .
I am not convinced with it . . . really.
Waiting time again . . . . .
