Nice, these ink wash drawings... howabout uploading some of your "action" oils. I don't care if they're old but I'm intrigued since listening to the doc, I sneakily stuck here on the site behind your back.
The eight or nine pieces in this series were done without brushwork. I used knife and stick, a comb, and did some nasty adjustments with a rubber mallet. The surfaces are hugely textured, the canvasses very heavy with paint. Tell the guard at the gallery that i said you could touch them.
Another landscape...these 'untitleds' were worked up from vistas discovered and photos taken over many trips along the south shore of Lake Superior in southern Canada.

Are there drippings and splashes there too or do you work like in a drawing? I wish we could see the surface of this. Beautyful.
